An Open Letter to My First Time Home Buyers

Dear First Time Home Buyer,

    I know that buying your first home can be a little scary and working with a Realtor can be intimidating. So, I wanted to write you an open letter that comes straight from my heart and tells you exactly what I want for you, my wonderful client.

    I want you to look forward to touring homes, from beginning to end. From the moment we leave the office to look at the first house, until the day I hand you the keys to your first home, I want you to laugh and enjoy the process and the time we spend together.  That's right, home buying can actually be fun!  It's really important to me that buying your first home is a good experience.  I want you to see as many homes as it takes to find the one you fall in love with.  If we need to see 100, then we will have a blast doing so!
